I recently had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic as it was near train stations, making it easy to explore Osaka's nightlife. Secondly, the staff were friendly and spoke good English, which made communication a breeze. Lastly, the rooms had a nice balcony with a great view of the city, allowing me to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
The only minor issue was the breakfast selection which could be improved.

The location was pretty good, close to a local market and within reasonable distance from popular spots. The shower was warm and nice. I found the laundry facilities to be convenient.
The bed was uncomfortable with a thin mattress that made it hard to sleep. the room was too cold, and the heating system was not good enough, making it almost impossible to get a good night's rest.

We enjoyed having a kitchenette and the fact that we could easily go grocery shopping nearby. the room was clean and had a nice balcony with a great view of the surroundings. the hotel's location was also very convenient, near to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers.
The bed was not comfortable, and we had a hard time sleeping because it was too hard. we were disappointed that we had to pay extra for breakfast, which we expected to be included in the price.

The hotel had a great design and the room had amazing bath amenities. The spacious terrace offered a beautiful view of the Tsutenkaku tower. The location was quiet yet still close to the city center. Additionally, the free laundry and dryer facilities were a nice perk.
Although the hotel was not located on a main street, which some may find inconvenient, it was still a short distance from the city center. The dryer took longer than expected to fully dry clothes.
